You know a show is awesome when...

...I was shopping on iTunes to get a season of Avatar on my iPod when I noticed that all three seasons of the series are on the top 10 selling list, two years after it was released. And if you think about it, it would have alot of competition from other big shows like American Idol or whatever.
It makes you wish that movie companies and tv industries like Nickelodeon and disney could see that solid shows like Avatar pay off more than cheaply-done shows with slapstick humor and stupid jokes.

I agree with you completely.
Children television shows are quite horrendous nowadays. A few examples would be Flapjack and Chowder on Cartoon network. They have such simple-minded and crude humor, and they have no storyline, goals, objectives, or morals. And we wonder why are kids are turning out the way they are.
